About Me.
Design and art have always been at the heart of who I am, as I hold a deep appreciation for beautiful living and curiosity about craftsmanship and storytelling.
Growing up with a multicultural background, I was fortunate to travel the world, be curious about people and cultures and get inspired by the impact our surroundings have on how we feel as well as how they form part of our story.
This perspective shapes my work, blending the clean sophistication of Western design with warmth and elements from the East — a balance of elegance, refinement with a feel of belonging and discernment.
Prior to my Interior Design journey I bring over a decade of experience running client relations for businesses across finance and publishing as well as freelance TV presenting and performing. This blend of being passionate about people as well as art and storytelling has led me to Interior Design.
As the Founder of Mona Design, I support my clients in bringing their visions to live, creating luxury spaces that are beautiful, timeless and functional, inspiring and uplifting yet serene on the eye. Each project is a reflection of my commitment to elevating lifestyles, the way we experience spaces and crafting interiors that tell a unique, personalised and lasting story.
My Design Philosophy.
At Mona Design, my philosophy is rooted in effortless sophistication and calm luxury. I believe every space should tell a unique story, blending natural and luxury materials with thoughtful design choices to create environments that are both refined and unique.
Central to my approach is understanding my clients’ vision. I take the time to listen, validate their needs, and craft designs that reflect their individuality. I see every space as an extension of its owner—a canvas to tell their story with elegance and purpose.
Whether it’s a serene retreat, a vibrant living space, or a commercial environment, my goal is to design interiors that inspire and evoke tranquility. Each project is a balance of timeless elegance and intuitive functionality, transforming spaces into sanctuaries of understated luxury.
